“I have a fireplace and want to update it, how do I do this?” 

That’s a great question! We can help guide you in anyway that is easiest for you! All we need is picture of what you currently have. You can either email them to us at fyre4u@toast.net or bring them on in and have us take a look. It’s really that easy.

“I have a remote to this fireplace but its not working and I replaced the batteries in the handheld”

If you replaced the handheld batteries make sure you replace the batteries that are inside the fireplace and that switch is turned to “remote”. That battery pack below is usually located to the right inside the unit. If you look and can’t find it give us a call and we can walk you through it over the phone. Also, don’t worry we also forget to replace those batteries in our houses as well.

“The inside of my grill is falling apart and rusty, do you have the part?”

Yes, we honestly probably do. We have tons of discontinued parts that we hold onto for just this very reason. Just bring in what you want to replace and we can match it up for you. On the rare occasion that we don’t have the part on hand we can hunt one down for you.

“Do you carry smoking wood?”

Yup! We have TONS of smoking wood, chips, chunks and logs in so many flavors! If you want, call ahead and check to see if we have what you need and we will pull it aside for you 419-531-6622.

“I don’t want to pay to have you come out and tell me my fireplace is unrepairable”

Completely understandable! We have a ONE YEAR SERVICE WARRANTY and we never charge you for bad news!
