Charcoal Kamados

The Charcoal Kamado is an ancient Oriental Cooking Device used around 1600BC, brought to Europe in the early 1900’s by Kaiser Wilhelm who had rolls baked in them.  The rolls had a smoked flavor thus the Kaiser Roll came to be.
